This trip will travel regardless of the number of rooms sold. If fewer than 10 rooms are sold, the trip will be un-hosted. You will receive your intinerary and other information via email and will have a virtual consiarge service during your trip.
COVID-19 Antigen Testing
If the United States requires a negative COVID-19 antigen test prior to re-entry into the US, the hotel will provide one for every guest. All travelers over the age of 2 must provide a negative test in order to board their plane.
Should you test positive, you will be required to self-isolate based on the current CDC guidelines and will be allowed to travel back to the United States once you have received a negative test within 3 days of your departure time. You will be able to isolate yourself at a hotel of your choice, at your own expense. Reimbursement for the additional nights is not included with your trip but may be included in your health insurance or travel insurance. Please check with your providers for details.
Airport transfers are included in the trip’s package to and from Cancun International Airport (CUN), proper and accurate flight information must be submitted for each guest on or before May 20, 2021 by submitting this FORM. Transfers cannot be guaranteed if flight information is not submitted by this date and transfers will fall under the guest’s responsibility financially. Transfers are only included for the start and end day of the trip, or up to two days prior or post if the accommodations are booked through through Grouply or the affiliate vendor provider of this trip.
In case of flight delays: The vendor must be informed of any flight delays/changes at the time of occurrence. Such changes can be submitted HERE so proper transportation can attempt to be arranged. Neither Grouply, nor the affiliate vendor, are not responsible for any airport transfers if not properly notified of flight delays/changes and transfers will fall under the guest’s responsibility financially.

Once you have completed check-out, you will see a page with your order number and trip cost. This is your confirmation. Please retain and bring this information with you on your trip. If you do not receive a confirmation please submit a help form HERE.
Taxes Fees & Gratuities:
Taxes and fees for U.S. Citizens are included. Gratuities are not included and are at your own discretion. For Mexican citizens, a 16% VAT (IVA) charge will be applied in addition to the room rate. The hotel or resort will post taxes to the individual’s personal extras account. This amount is due upon arrival unless arrangements to postpone the charge to the master account have been made in advance.
Passports, Identification and/or Travel Documents:
Each guest shall be responsible to obtain and maintain proper identification and travel documentation required by the country being travelled to. Please note that many countries require visas or passports be valid for an additional six (6) months after the trip’s end date. Cancellation due to the inability to obtain proper documentation shall fall under this trip’s Cancellation Policy. Passports and travel documents are typically required not only for flights but at check-in at non-domestic hotel accommodations.
Each guest regardless of age must have a valid and complete booking including payment prior to the trip’s travel date. Any guest without a proper booking will be subject to the current rate and value of the activities and hotel property accommodations at the time of travel and will not receive discounts, perks, bonuses or credits associated with the trip.
Hotel Credits and/or Discounts:
Hotel credits and/or discounts cannot be converted for monetary value, are non-transferrable, and will expire immediately upon check-out. Guest is responsible for any taxes and gratuities, foreign or domestic, if applicable to items and/or services procured using hotel credits.
Child pricing is based on the age of the child at the time of travel, not booking, and may be subject to the terms and conditions of hotel properties and/or their all-inclusive packages as well as any excursions and trip inclusions.
Unless otherwise stated, pricing is shown for each person and is based on double adult occupancy and is subject to change based on the availability of room types, taxes and any applicable promotional pricing availability.
Book with Confidence Guarantee: This trip is 100% cancellable and refundable up to 35 days prior to travel. From 34 days to 7 days prior to travel you may cancel and be issued a travel voucher for the hotel to be used at the hotel anytime before December 21, 2021. Within 6 days of travel the trip is 100% non-cancellable and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend for any reason, including medical or family emergency, you may change the names on your room or we can attempt to re-sell the package. If re-sold, Grouply and its suppliers will retain a 10% re-booking fee and will refund the remainder of your paid package.
*This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations in applicable jurisdictions in Grouply and its suppliers are based. In the base of a conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in a supplier’s booking terms, the provisions of the booking terms will prevail.
Name Changes: Name changes may completed up to April 13, 2021. Name changes incur a $25 fee per name change. You can submit your name changes HERE.
Inclusions and Substitutions:
In the event that an activity, inclusion or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity or inclusion of equal or greater value.
Resort Credits/Hotel inclusions/and or discounts cannot be converted to cash. Any credits, discounts or inclusions not used during your stay will expire immediately upon your departure. Primary Traveler is responsible for paying any taxes that may be added to items purchased with hotel/resort credit.
The passport and visa, if applicable, for all travelers on the reservation must be up-to-date before you depart your country. Please double check that you have all the identification and other documentation required by the specific country you’re traveling to. A list of requirements for U.S. Travelers can be found at the Department of State Website here. In many countries, passports and visas must be valid for 6 months or longer after the trip end date. If you are unable to obtain the required identification and other documentation, the Cancellation Policy for this trip will apply.
Each traveler, including each child, who is attending the trip with you is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. You must book and pay for each such person in advance of the trip. If you fail to book and pay for any travelers who arrive to stay with you on the trip, you will be charged the hotel’s then-current rate, which may be higher than the trip price, for each person at the time of your check-in. If you are unable to pay for additional travelers at the time of check-in, your entire party may be denied entry onto the hotel property or onto the trip entirely.
Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults.
